Hasthiv is a food brand that sells freeze dried fruit snacks, freeze dried raw fruit powders, Oat milk and Herbal Teas through our website. We deliver Pan India.

  • All products are 100% natural and contain only the fruit as the sole ingredient unless stated otherwise on the product label.
  • Nutritional information, ingredients, net weight, and MRP are mentioned on each product page and on the physical packaging.
  • We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, in the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing are valid only for the duration and conditions specified. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

Orders & Payments

Placing an Order:

  • When you place an order on hasthiv.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price.
  • An order confirmation email does not mean the order has been accepted. The order is confirmed only when it is dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or issues identified during payment verification.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other methods available at checkout.
  • All payment information is processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card details or bank information on our servers.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Failed Payments:

  • If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment provider within 5-7 business days.
  • If the refund does not reflect within 7 business days, please contact us at support@hasthiv.com with your order details and payment screenshot.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver Pan India through trusted logistics and courier partners.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • A tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or SMS once your order is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or any other events beyond our control.
  • Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may reship the order at your expense or issue a refund after deducting shipping charges.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@hasthiv.com or calling +91 9030804193. A full refund will be issued.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, we will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received a wrong product
  • Items were missing from your order
  • The product is visibly spoiled or unfit for consumption

All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy page for detailed terms.

Product Usage & Allergen Disclaimer

  • Our products are made from 100% real fruit. If you have any known fruit allergies, please check the ingredient list on the product page and packaging before consuming.
  • Our products are processed in a facility that may also handle other food products. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • Freeze dried fruit products and powders are intended for consumption as snacks, food toppings, smoothie ingredients, or baking ingredients. Any use for skincare (such as DIY face packs) is at your own discretion and risk.
  • If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or giving our products to infants or toddlers, please consult your doctor or paediatrician before use.
  • Always follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after opening.
